Schedule of Events for the Next Six Months.

There will be two month iterations where Teams and their leaders will be evaluated for their performance.Of course each team is supposed to be reporting to their leaders every week or so.
The Overall near the bottom of this post is only a guide for what we should try to achieve. Of course teams will have their own schedules that they decide upon, however the Delivery needs to be done at all costs.

Initial Team Work

 Team Recruiting
Qualified individuals of high caliber need to be recruited for each team.Each prospective team member needs to be put through the following.    

1. What they want to do.
2. What they can do in the next 6 months.
3. What parts of the project they can commit to.
4. What their current portfolio consists of.
5. How is their work on the project related with what they do in life.
6. Hours of availability per week for work
7. Hours of online availability for online chats/conferences.

Periodic Team Work

Team Goal Setting for the next 2 months.
Leaders are responsible for meeting goals set for teams.

Individual Goal Setting for the next 2 months.
Individuals are responsible for meeting goals that they set with team leaders.

Team Kick Offs
    
Team Leader Meetings
Leaders State what their teams are responsible for.
They are now responsible for reporting progress every week.

Team Work
Each team should set weekly goals with granular tasks and how long they will take in hours.Leaders/Managers shouldn't comment on how long each task takes because only developers can decide how long it will take them to finish what they state they will take.

Team Progress Meetings
At the end of 1.5 months, each team must convene together and figure out their progress. This is the time when all teams must start preparing for their 2 month progress meeting.
