Cleaning up Documentation

I've been in the process of re-organizing documentation to make more sense that it does right now. Up until now, there has been a nebulous "User" who is supposed to be able to Install Rainbow, Make Modules, Make Templates, and Use Rainbow.

As mentioned before, the new Confluence Wiki is being organized under three MAJOR space areas.

1. Documentation : This documentation is for people who consume rainbow. The main consumers/customers are Administrators, Designers, Developers, and Users. All current end user documentation will be moved where it makes sense. e.g. "Installation" documents are going under Documentation:Administrators, while "How to use Tortoise" goes under "Documentation:Developers"

I noticed there are a lot more documents that pertain to Administrators than to actual end users.

2. Products : The Rainbow team is now working on one product. Rainbow Lite. However, current and future product discussions and documentation need to be in their own place. This is why there are some new spaces such as "Product:Framework" or "Product:Modules". This solves the problem of having Forums or Threads in the Community. Please utilize these spaces to put formal specs or finalized decisions up for others to see.

3. Teams : Since we introduced a 5 team approach to Rainbow, we also need to have separate areas for them to collaborate on. These Spaces should become private to only the Rainbow Team members.
