Im tired of that dinky little message so I did lil searching how custom errors are done.  In about 15 minutes I dont think this is really an issue.  I think it belongs in rainbow so users can quickly resolve their issues and report new bugs.

Here is a link on a good method.  We can then style this page to look really crisp and give the user direct attention to the error.
