    Using rainbow without fear

Hi, I am maybe planning to use Rainbow as base for our Company website. We want to sell it, neither restributed it.
As i read in the License pt. 6

    ---
    6. The following restrictions apply to modifications:
    a. Modifications must not alter or remove any copyright notices in the Software.
    b. When modifications to the Software are released under this license,
a non-exclusive royalty-free right is granted to the initial developer
of the Software to distribute your modification in future versions
of the Software provided such versions remain available under these terms
in addition to any other license(s) of the initial developer.
    ---

I think every change i do to the code must be given back to the rainbow project. As we want to develope modules with critical data, this would be a great problem.

Did I understand the live wrong?

    Best

A custom module is not considered part of the product itself.
You can do your modules without any fear and do not share.
If you do changes on core or redistribute please retain copyrights.
