i am new to rainbow portal, i dont know whether it a rich html designer with defined modules

i need some help to start developing application using asp.net 2.0 with C# and back end as sql server

and i also need how to convert asp.net 1.1 solution to asp .net 2.0 using rainbow portal

is there any link or ebooks or books, pls can u provide
