In follow up to this:
As Yannik showed me , FireBug is a much more powerful tool than IE developer toolbar, however it is still limited by the fact that it is not hosted in IE. So alas, I need both tools.

Why not look at what filip did with RLINQ which is Rainbow also?
He pretty much painlessly switched out a zen theme with a master page implementation, and requires very minimal code or touch anywhere else.
The template pieces of a zen theme, fit perfefctly into a master page incarnation.
You still have to control css and stuff, but thats for ...

Does anyone know what might have happened to the old wiki site and documents?
http://support.rainbowportal.net/confluence/
There was a lot of guides, and documentation that I used to refer people to as help guides, and that site seems to be offline.
I recieved 2 IM's from 2 seperate new rainbow users who were trying to get started. And the ...

Isnt this what MagicURLS were for in Rainbow? And friendly URLS?
We just have to get it working again, instead of using Default.aspx
it should use friendly page names.aspx.
Or am I missing something? That you want more?

Yes, as Yannik pointed out, Firebug is more feature rich but of course it is a FireFox tool. I imagine as the IE toolbar is supported futher it will catch up in features quickly, but mainly, its in IE, which is what is most important to me and most my users.

Update, my menu is starting to look pretty close to the original zen sample.
It also renders equally fast and well in both ie7 and firefox, i will check ie6 when i get to work tommorow, but it should be ok.
There are currently a small number of errors on the page that are preventing it from validating proper xhtml, but those have to do with ...

I recomend the Internet Explorer Developer Toolbar to everyone, it's quite pleasant to use.

The Internet Explorer Developer Toolbar provides several features for exploring and understanding Web pages. These features enable you to:
Explore and modify the document ...
