But it is not possible.Is there any known issue with support portal? Or is ...

Please tell me what you did to run makecultures.  I believe this is a app_global resource file that was targeted by microsoft to be changed.  They changed a couple of them on us after the release of Rainbow 2.0 which will break the code.  If you see any issues like this in the future, run the code in debug or check in your rb_logs ...
