I want to clean out some of the icons we have loaded into our Rainbow Portal, but can't find where to access the database that holds them. Can anyone tell me where to look to delete some of our icons?

I have written a vertical menu module and I want it to display on all pages in the site (in the left column). Is it possible to do this, and if so can I take it one step further and exclude it from just a couple of pages but keep it on everything else?
